Delivery
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same working day except for weekends and bank holidays where the order will be processed the next working day.
Please note that due to COVID 19 most services are operating normally, however delays are still possible due to the pandemic.
We are only able to offer our products for sale in the UK and therefore are currently not accepting international orders.

If you wish to return your product for any reason within the first 14 days, simply email us at returns@isocbd.com and we will refund it.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
Proof of purchase for all returns. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@isocbd.com
Once your product has been inspected we will provide a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Any postage and packaging costs will be refunded also in the event that your item is faulty or damaged.
If you a product or the wrong item by accident, we can exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt.
