1 large ripe peach, roughly chopped
1 small banana, roughly chopped
6 ripe strawberries, roughly chopped
1ml of 500mg Vanilla ISO CBD oil
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt*
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp coconut shavings
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
*Ensure your coconut yoghurt is vegan, if required.
1. Tip the peach, banana and strawberries into a high-powered food processor, saving a little of each fruit to garnish. Add the CBD oil, peanut butter, coconut yoghurt and a 1 tablespoon water to the blender and blitz on high for 1 minute until smooth and glossy.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with the remaining fruit, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut shavings and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy straightaway or chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours until you’re ready to eat.
