40g toasted flaked almonds
180g rolled oats
40g pumpkin seeds
40g sunflower seeds
15g golden linseeds
200g dried apricots, finely sliced
40g desiccated coconut
125g coconut oil, melted, plus extra for greasing
180ml maple syrup
1 ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
12ml ISO orange 1000mg CBD oil, serving 33.33mg per person


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4. Grease and line a 20x30x5cm baking tin with coconut oil and baking parchment.
2. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and stir until evenly coated. Tip into the prepared tin and press down with the back of a spoon until compact.
3. Bake for 35-40 mins until golden and firm to the touch.
4. Cool in the tin for 15 mins, then transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool fully. Cut into 12 bars to serve.
5. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
